BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - RIVONIA

Mission: 

To contribute towards the achievement of the business development budget through the identification and securing of new business.

Your key responsibilities shall include: 

  • Perusal and completion of the tender documents.

  • Compilation of the sales budget.

  • Costings of all scopes of work. i.e. capex, staff etc….

  • Menu costings.

  • Conducting site inspections.

  • Liaising with the prospective clients/tender boards.

  • Conducting negotiations with the clients.

  • Managing the telesales process.

 
Candidate Profile

  • Ideally have a minimum of five years experience in food services operations at management level.

  • Must be prepared to travel.

  • Must have good communication and presentation skills.

  • Must have good interpersonal and networking skills.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Must have good planning skills.

Mission: 
To manage and control the call centre to the required standards within the agreed budgetary limits and to provide a high level of service to the client’s specifications within the standards laid down by the company.

Your key responsibilities shall include:  
 

  • Ensure the adequate level of service to the customers.

  • Logging of queries.

  • Tracking of queries.

  • Ability to comprehend technical concepts.

  • To provide support where necessary.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ideally have a minimum of two years experience in a call centre environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient on MS Office applications.
  • Experience in a technical call centre environment will be advantageous
